Cardiology NP/PA | Central Washington | Up to 195K Base | No nights/weekends

This well-established, physician-led cardiology program is part of a large, integrated healthcare system and the primary referral network for North Central Washington. With 300 physicians, 150 advanced practice providers, multiple hospital campuses, and 30 specialties, this organization offers the infrastructure, support, and patient volume of a major regional system while maintaining a collaborative, community-focused culture. You'll join a collaborative cardiovascular team of 12 physicians, 4 physician assistants, and 2 nurse practitioners, with the flexibility to practice independently in clinic or alongside cardiologists Leadership Track Available: Opportunity to step into a Cardiology APP Supervisor role overseeing the APP team with additional compensation and bonus potential.
