Founding Growth & Community Lead

About the RoleWe're looking for someone to lead community and early growth efforts — working directly with the founders to bring early users in, shape how people interact, and help build momentum around the product.You'll be the first hire focused on growth and community. That means working across Discord, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels to build hype, run experiments, engage with users, and help define what growth looks like for the company. This role is creative, fast-moving, and very hands-on.What You'll DoRun experiments to acquire and retain early usersBuild and manage our community on Discord, Reddit, and TikTokLaunch and manage characters — including release strategy, and rolloutHost community events (AMAs, livestreams, townhalls)Work closely with product and founders to shape roadmap based on user feedbackIdentify new growth channels (partnerships, content, UGC, etc.)Own early growth metrics and help define what success looks likeYou Might Be a Fit If YouHave 1–4 years experience in community, growth, or creator-focused rolesHave run community or creator programs (Discords, TikToks, YouTube, etc.)Are comfortable running scrappy experiments and adjusting quicklyAre highly online — you get internet culture and know what resonatesEnjoy working closely with product and engineering teamsPrefer fast-paced, ambiguous environments with lots of ownershipWork ArrangementLocation: NYC — Open to Relocation.
