Job DescriptionElectrical BIM ModelerLocation: Phoenix, Arizona Salary: $60,000–$80,000 DOE Job Type: Full-TimeWe’re Hiring: Electrical BIM ModelerWe are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical industry experience along with strong Revit/BIM modeling skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or engineering environment.What You’ll DoCreate and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using RevitDevelop electrical layouts, plans, and construction documentsCoordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplinesReview drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and potential conflictsAssist with clash detection and resolutionMake revisions based on project requirements and field changesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnelMaintain BIM standards and ensure models meet project specificationsSupport projects from design through constructionWhat We’re Looking ForElectrical industry experience requiredRevit experience requiredPrevious electrical BIM modeling experienceStrong understanding of electrical systems and construction practicesAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and plansStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with electrical contracting or MEP constructionExperience with BIM coordination and clash detectionFamiliarity with AutoCAD and other construction/design softwareExperience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical projectsCompensation$60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.If you’re an experienced electrical professional with strong Revit skills and are ready to take the next step in your BIM career, we want to hear from you!Ref: #673-STS Denver
