Essential Functions Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and C#/.NET Build responsive, reusable UI components in React Develop and maintain APIs and back-end services using C# and .NET (Core/Framework) Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code on both front-end and back-end Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to define and ship new features Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions Write and maintain unit tests Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Required 2 to 4 years or more of professional software development experience including React and C#/.NET Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture) Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core or Framework) Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Knowledge of distributed version control systems (e.g., Git) Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Comfortable working in an agile development environment Passion, grit, team spirit Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Preferred Experience with React state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) Familiarity with TypeScript Experience with Entity Framework or other ORMs Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms Experience with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Understanding of microservices architecture Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
