Job Description Construction Project Manager needed for 3 projects all located in Encino HillsResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and scheduleRead and understand plans/specificationsrecommend good subcontractors and suppliers you have worked with Track budgets, change orders, and progressHandle permitting and inspections with LADBS and local agenciesMaintain project timelines and jobsite organizationAssist with estimating and project planning when neededVisit jobsites daily and help keep production movingQualificationsConstruction management experience requiredStrong field knowledge and problem-solving abilityExperience with scheduling and subcontractor coordinationFamiliarity with Los Angeles construction and permitting is mandatoryValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensationSalary based on experienceOpportunity for bonuses and long-term growthCompany vehicle allowance/gas card may be availablePotential overtime and expanded leadership role over timeLocationBased in Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley with projects throughout Southern California.To apply, send resume and brief background/experience.
