Admin Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and professional Admin Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Riverside, CA. This role supports a busy office environment within the accounting and auditing services industry and is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
The Admin Assistant will help keep daily operations running smoothly by handling front-office support, documentation, scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff, managers, and leadership.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, greet visitors, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain documents, reports, records, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with appointment or project tracking.
- Support data entry, office supply management, mail distribution, and other daily office functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when working with client, employee, or business information.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
