Deal Desk Manager

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager to oversee deal strategy and execution for complex opportunities. Key Responsibilities Own deal strategy for complex opportunities by advising Sales on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation strategy Drive deal execution end-to-end by reviewing and approving non-standard transactions while ensuring compliance with policies Act as a liaison across teams to align on deal structure, mitigate risk, and improve processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or subscription-based business Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations Experience collaborating with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms and approvals Proficiency with Salesforce, with CPQ experience preferred Familiarity with channel selling models and cloud marketplaces
