Operator – Revenue Cycle Function (Mountain View, CA)
Full‑time, on‑site, Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Starting wage: $20.00 /hr. No prior billing experience required; comprehensive training provided.
What You’ll Do Data Management: Oversee the collection, entry, and analysis of data essential for claim submissions, reconciliations, and denials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Problem Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in data; communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues quickly and maintain workflow efficiency.
Professional Communication: Maintain regular professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence.
Growth Opportunity: Learn operational processes and gain knowledge of healthcare‑related technologies to grow with the company.
What You Have Educational Background: Associate degree (AA) required; Bachelor's degree preferred in office management, business administration, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP; familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is a plus. Familiarity with SQL is a big bonus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective stakeholder interactions.
Time Management: Proven ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making capabilities.
