Cocktail ServerThis position is responsible for walking the casino floor and/or assigned area to ensure Beverage Service is provided to our Guests in a timely manner.Supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all timesWorks well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisorStrictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully "slow down a guest" or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.Round and write down every guest drink. Must walk assigned section as well as clear all empty cups from designated area, pit tables and on or around slot machines.Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal formUnderstand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and proceduresAbility to multitaskMust be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidaysMust be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and GuestsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust be able to obtain required work cardsHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredComplete property academy as assignedComfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking and standing for extended periods of timeWork is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and may contain second hand smokeAbility to stand and walk for long periods of timeRespond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policyAbility to lift 50 poundsConstant contact with fellow Team Members and GuestsThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
