Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our creative and advertising teams. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the profitability of our marketing efforts. With the potential to grow into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role, we need someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, has a deep understanding of digital marketing, and can guide our team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative and advertising teams to optimize campaign performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and improving overall ad performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) and continuously adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets and oversee ad spend to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance analyses, including A/B testing, and provide actionable insights.
- Mentor, coach, and guide the creative and ad teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing management, particularly in digital advertising and eCommerce.
- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and driving profitable campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, impactful decisions.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and strategies (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
