The ideal candidate will support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and enhance patients' capabilities.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and families on coping strategies and rehabilitation goals.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent North Carolina State OT License required.At least one year of experience preferred.Experience with the EPIC charting system is strongly preferred.Certification in relevant therapeutic areas is a plus.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
