Plumbing and Electrical Project Manager

Project Manager, Plumbing & Electrical Services Chandler, Arizona | Hybrid (Field and Office) Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience) Mason Pro Services is hiring a Project Manager to support and strengthen our plumbing and electrical service operations. This role will coordinate projects, support field teams, and assist with estimating to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.This is a hands-on position working closely with technicians, leadership, and clients to keep operations organized and moving forward.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support service-based projects from start to completion Work closely with field teams to ensure jobs are running smoothly Assist with estimating, reviewing scopes of work, and job costing Track job progress, timelines, and overall performance Communicate with internal teams and clients as needed Maintain accurate job documentation and updates Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on trackRequirements: Experience in project management within trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar) Understanding of estimating, job costing, or bid review Strong organizational and communication skills Understanding of service-based operations and job flow Ability to read scopes, plans, or basic blueprints Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems preferredAdditional Information: Plumbing or electrical experience is a plus Hybrid role with both field and office involvement Opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding companyBenefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Positive, team-oriented work environment Salary: $90000.00 - $120000.00 per year
