Telerecruiter- Call Center

Job Description Join our team as a part-time Telerecruiter at OneBlood! As a Telerecruiter, you will be responsible for contacting eligible blood donors by telephone and other approved communication methods from previously developed lists to setup a donation appointment.REQUIRED HOURS: This position is fully in office at our Orlando location - Mon - Thurs 3PM-8PM, Fri 2PM - 7PM, and Sat 9AM -5:30PM. Sunday OFF and a weekday of your choice.RESPONSIBILITIES:By telephone and other approved communication methods (emails, text, flyers), contacts eligible blood donors and recruits them to donate regularlyProvides excellent customer service at all times; establishes rapport with donors and potential donors, and educates them on the organization's programs and servicesEnters donor information into the electronic database and utilizes various methods for appointment remindersComplies with and maintains current knowledge and understanding of Donor Recruitment policies, procedures and other related regulationsAssists in stabilizing and maintaining blood donation inventory levels.COMPENSTATION & BENEFITS:$17.50/hr. + monthly bonus structure based on metricsAccess to pay before pay dayPTO and Retirement PackageSet in-office scheduleQUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalentAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and comfortable speaking with donors on the phoneAbility to meet pre-defined monthly metrics related to outreach calls, appointments confirmed, booking accuracy, and show rates; eligible to earn a monthly incentive award based upon goal achievementsAbility to follow oral and written instructionsAbility to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of workAbility to speak, write, read, and understand EnglishSkill in operating office equipmentBasic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database software navigationIf you are looking to make a difference in your community and have a passion for helping others, apply to join our team as a Account Representative at OneBlood today!OneBlood is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Vet/Disability_/Other Protected CategoriesCompany DescriptionOneBlood is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) community asset responsible for providing safe, available and affordable blood to more than 200 hospital partners and their patients.
