The ideal candidate will have experience planning and executing end‐user training for a large‐scale implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This is an exciting full‐time opportunity to work in a fast‐paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations in the U.S. Federal government. You will interact with a dynamic team with opportunities to learn and grow your consulting and training skills as you help guide the client through a change‐management journey.This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA; Lebanon, VA; Lafayette, LA; or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.ResponsibilitiesApply training and instructional design principles to ensure alignment with mission training objectives.Plan, develop, and deliver training materials as scheduled.Assist with creating training content and materials based on the financial system being implemented; this will require learning enough about the core system to develop relevant training materials.Have the desire and ability to travel within the U.S., as needed, to deliver training.Deliver training that teaches users financial processes and related technology, including role‐based exercises within an SAP training environment.Assist with preparing supporting plans for training project completion, including comprehensive timelines.Assist with conducting performance‐based assessments to objectively evaluate instructional programs.Consult with senior instructional staff to confirm program and system objectives, operational procedures, and constraints.Remain current on developments in training and instructional methodologies, including technology enhancements.Assist with authoring and organizing training system procedural manuals and supporting documentation in accordance with organizational and departmental requirements.Required QualificationsU.S. citizenship and successful completion of the CGI background check are required prior to beginning work.
