The individual in this role designs, develops, and maintains full stack web applications, with a strong focus on Java-based back-end services and modern front-end frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting and resolving defects, and ensuring code quality through unit testing and code reviews. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, integrating web applications with APIs and data sources, and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Application Development and experience building and maintaining complex Web Applications.Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, particularly using Java and related frameworks.Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and an understanding of design patterns and clean coding principles.Candidates should possess experience with full stack development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks) and RESTful APIs.Candidates should possess familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (Git), and build/deployment tools.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Experience with secure coding practices, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
