Dietician
Assists Dining Services Director in the implementation, maintenance, and follow through of departmental standards on a unit staff level. Assists in the training, evaluation and counseling of the unit staff employees, and will follow the food, labor, and expense budgeted standards. Also applies theory and practice of dietetics of the department by performing the following duties.
A baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university including a major course of study in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics or food system management.
Registered Dietitian (RD) and hold licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) or be able to become a Pennsylvania LDN within 6 months of becoming an employee of RP Home.
