Forward Deployed Engineer

With proven founders, exceptional product market fit and adoption across some of the world's fastest growing tech companies, they're scaling rapidly while remaining a small, highly technical team. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of software engineering, product and customers. You'll work directly with customers to solve complex operational challenges, build production-grade backend systems and integrations and turn bespoke deployments into reusable product capabilities that shape the roadmap. You'll be writing production code, architecting scalable systems and owning projects from discovery through deployment. What you'll do Build production-grade backend systems, APIs and integrations. Design scalable solutions for complex customer environments. Work directly with customers to understand problems and ship production software. Transform customer-specific requirements into core platform capabilities. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to influence product direction. We're looking for engineers who have Experience building production systems at scale. High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
