We’re building a top-tier, editorially fearless show with the production quality of the leading podcasts in 2025; rich narrative arcs, cinematic audio, rigorous research and interviews that uncover truth rather than repeat talking points.About The Day To Day In This RoleOversee the production of the Human School podcast; leading a team of filmmakers and editors and creating podcast and social media content that drives engagement and growthAs the podcast grows, drive monetization and brand partnershipsDrive production timelines across 10+ concurrent content projectsBuild and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, and accountability systemsExperience with content copywriting such as guest intros, guest questions, ad spots etc.Track metrics across podcast streaming platforms and social media and communicate those metrics in weekly reporting to relevant departments Run weekly production meetings and daily stand-ups with the marketing teamCreate and enforce SOPs for content production workflowsTrack KPIs like on-time delivery, budget adherence, and production velocityCoordinate logistics for podcast recordings, video shoots, and guest schedulingManage vendor and freelancer relationships (editors, videographers, designers)Oversee asset management, file organization, and content delivery systemsIdentify bottlenecks and implement tools or systems to improve efficiencyDevelop templates and playbooks to make workflows repeatable and scalableAnd more…a full job description can be shared during the recruiting processAbout Onsite Wellness GroupOur collective vision is to create an emotionally well world, to reconnect humanity to themselves, to one another and to the world around all of us. Candidates who will thrive in this role may bring:Previous experience producing top podcast content is highly preferred5+ years in operations, project management, or production coordinationDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projectsExpertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)A track record of implementing systems that scaleExperience managing vendors, contractors, or creative teamsExceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detailThe ability to manage up, down, and across teams with equal effectiveness
