Part-Time Sebewaing or Ruth, MICooperative Elevator Co. is looking for a Seasonal CDL Tender Truck Driver to support agronomy operations by safely transporting and delivering bulk agricultural products from the facility to the field. This role is essential during peak seasons and requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong focus on safety.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate a CDL-required tender truck to transport fertilizer to field locationsDeliver product efficiently to applicators to maintain workflowLoad/unload product using appropriate equipment (augers, pumps, hoses, etc.)Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issuesFollow all DOT regulations, safety policies, and traffic lawsCommunicate effectively with applicators and team membersAssist with general facility or agronomy duties as neededEducation and ExperienceValid CDL (Class A or B), or ability to obtain a seasonal CDLAbility to pass drug/alcohol screening and maintain DOT medical certificationAgricultural or commercial driving experience preferred, but not requiredClean driving recordCritical Success FactorsSafety-first mindset and attention to detailDependability during peak seasonal demandsAbility to work long, flexible hours in changing conditionsStrong communication and teamworkComfort working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
