This is a part-time, on-site position: Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Weekend Requirement: Some Saturdays with the following Monday off when applicable About Your Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: Greeting and touring prospective residents; sharing community information and pricing Processing and verifying rental applications Responding to inquiries, entering service requests, and assisting walk-ins Making outbound calls to prospects and following up on leads Maintaining resident files, databases, and property records Assisting with event coordination of family activities and seasonal decorating Supporting day-to-day office operations (phones, organization, errands) Collaborating with teammates to ensure a high-quality resident experience Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring to Us Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) strongly preferred At least 2 years of apartment or multifamily leasing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a self-starter mindset and professional demeanor Comfortable with prospect outreach and resident engagement Ability to learn new systems (OneSite experience is a plus) Reliable transportation Available to work some Saturdays for flexible leasing availability and running community events.
