We are looking for a Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst to join our People & Culture team at Group 1001. This role will partner closely with the Sales Management and Strategy and Finance teams to ensure that the sales incentive programs support the organization’s sales goals and help maintain competitive positioning with the industry. You'll work alongside passionate, forward-thinking colleagues who value innovation, transparency, and impact.How You’ll Contribute: Sales Compensation Strategy And AdministrationDesign, administer, and maintain sales compensation plans for all sales compensation eligible employeesModel and analyze proposed plan design changes to ensure they drive the right behaviors and outcomesCalculate and process monthly incentive payouts with accuracy and timeliness — because nothing erodes trust faster than a late or incorrect commission checkCreate annual sales compensation plan documents for all eligible employees, ensuring clarity and transparencyDeliver ongoing reporting and analysis to the sales management team, turning data into decisionsMaintain comprehensive documentation of all plan policies and proceduresIdentify opportunities to streamline processes related to the administration of sales compensation plans — if there's a better way, you'll find itCorporate Compensation Strategy And AdministrationPartner with business leaders and HR colleagues to provide insight on organizational impacts to compensation programs due to ongoing and future business initiativesTranslate business needs into compensation solutions that balance competitiveness, internal equity, and budget considerationsPartner with internal stakeholders on job architecture and career framework projectsHelp lead the year-end compensation process for the organization — a high-stakes, high-visibility effortSupport the design of variable pay programs, including annual bonuses and long-term incentivesEnsure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulationsWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor's Degree required6+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 4 years focused on sales compensationFinancial Services experience is required, with insurance/annuities specialization preferredAdvanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences, including leadershipPrior experience with Workday is preferredBenefits Highlights: Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001’s benefits package.
