Sewing Machine Operator Location: Greensboro, NC Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Sewers / Machine Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and interested in working with industrial sewing and production machinery in a manufacturing environment. All candidates will complete a hands‑on assessment to evaluate their ability to perform job duties and ensure success in the role. Key Responsibilities Monitor industrial sewing or production machines to ensure proper operation Feed materials into machines accurately and consistently Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards Read and take basic measurements using rulers, tapes, or gauges as required Separate defective items from acceptable products Identify machine issues and notify supervisors when adjustments are needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Required Qualifications Ability to read and take accurate measurements Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Previous sewing experience Preferred Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude Experience with product inspection or quality control How to Apply Apply today to be considered for this Industrial Sewing Machine Operator position.
