The main goal of the Customer Service-FSG Administrator is to immediately solve service-related issues on behalf of our internal customers by analyzing and resolving problems. The incumbent will be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, mailing, e-mailing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms, and data entry.Job Responsibilities:Provide first call resolution.Analyze and solve problems.Educate on ways to prevent future occurrences when appropriate.Perform work with minimal supervision.Ability to build relationships with related internal functions (e.g., Billing, Packing Information and Operations).Routinely demonstrate attention to detail in all documentation, communications, and follow-up.Job Requirements:U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.Employer will not sponsor visas for position.Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocateHigh school diploma or GEDBilling certifiedPreferred Customer Associate certifiedMust have a general working knowledge of TFF internal resources and departmentsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows
