Training provided. About the RoleWere hiring VR teleoperators to control and support robotic systems in real-world environments. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving full-body movement in a virtual reality setup to perform tasks such as navigation, object handling, and system interaction. What Youll DoOperate robotic systems using VR interfaces (headset + controllers etc)Perform real-time teleoperation tasks including movement, manipulation, and positioningFollow detailed instructions and standard operating proceduresMonitor system performance and flag issues or edge casesSupport data collection and annotation during operationsCollaborate with team leads to improve workflows and system performance Role Requirements (Essential Functions)Ability to safely perform repetitive physical movements including:standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reachingAbility to lift and move objects (e.g., up to 25 lbs / 11 kg)Ability to work in a VR environment for extended periods (with breaks)Comfortable performing full range of motion activities (upper and lower body)Ability to maintain situational awareness and attention to detail during active tasksAbility to follow structured instructions and respond to real-time feedbackMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
