Maintenance Planner

We’re seeking a detail-orientedMaintenance Plannerto support our Lebanon, Ohio manufacturing facility by developing and coordinating effective maintenance work plans that drive equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and MRO teams to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops detailed maintenance work plans which include:
Clearly defined maintenance and operations responsibilities
Requiredparts/materials/tools/equipment/resources& skills
Job hazard review and appropriate PPE
LOTO plan
Time & Cost estimates
Develops Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance work plans
Develops work plans to support shutdown activities
Update equipment history to reflect work accomplished
Works with Maintenance Scheduler to manage maintenance backlog
Assist Maintenance Engineer in analyzing repetitive failures
Maintains mechanical and electrical files, drawings, and IOM manuals
Acts as the primary liaison between maintenance and MRO
Maintains SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) for Plant Maintenance (PM)
Work collaboratively with engineers, operators and other site specialists.
Follow all GMP & Safety rules and regulations.
Follow all Sanitation, Food Safety and Quality Procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Understanding of industrial maintenance principles
Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve process improvements
Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ten (10) + years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment, with food industry experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of preventative maintenance programs, as well as proactive measures for maintenance needs.
