A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel. Key Responsibilities Research, interpret, and advise on SEC and SRO rules Draft and submit rule changes and amendments with the SEC Work directly on regulatory examinations and lead responses Required Qualifications JD degree with a deep understanding of SRO roles and SEC rules Significant experience in regulatory rule filings Ability to make risk-based recommendations and decisions Experience liaising with regulatory bodies and industry groups Organizational skills adaptable to a start-up culture
