If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your work truly makes an impact, you'll thrive here.Come build your career with a team that invests in you from day one.Position At A GlanceLocation: Covering territories of Allentown, PA, Clarksburg, NJ, and Pennsville, NJ Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay: $95,000 to $115,000/year - based on experienceWhat You'll DoAs a Regional Parts Sales Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Outside Sales Representatives, driving consistent sales growth through strategic execution, performance management, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will:Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives across assigned territoriesEstablish sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback to drive resultsConduct regular sales meetings to review performance, opportunities, and challengesDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goalsIdentify new business opportunities and support account growth and customer retentionAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform sales strategiesTrack individual and regional performance using CRM and reporting toolsGenerate reports on sales trends, growth opportunities, and performance gapsAssign and manage sales leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversionSupport re-engagement of inactive or dormant accountsCollaborate with marketing, parts, and operations teams to align initiatives and improve executionCoordinate with payroll to manage and validate commission structures and reportingPartner with credit and operations teams to resolve account and fulfillment issuesWork closely with PACCAR fleet representatives and internal teams to support fleet sales and bid processesPromote and enforce all health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environmentWhat You BringEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Five+ years of experience in sales or sales management within the heavy-duty truck parts or automotive aftermarket industry. Proven success leading a regional sales team and achieving growth targets. Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver's License required; must meet company insurability standardsLeadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple locations. Strong communication, organizational, and team development skills with a focus on accountability and results.Travel Requirements: Travel required 3–5 days per week within the region, typically without overnight stays. Additional air travel 2–5 times per year for industry events may require overnight travel.Physical Requirements: Regular sitting and frequent walking; occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs.
