Job Title- Behavioral Data Acquisition Technician Duration- 12 Month+ Contract Location- St Louis, MO or Remote SummaryClient is seeking a Behavioral Data Acquisition Technician to support the collection and labeling of pet behavioral data used in AI and connected pet products. This role involves reviewing and labeling pet behavior from video footage, organizing sensor data, and supporting research initiatives focused on pet health and wellness.The ideal candidate will have experience working in research labs, behavioral studies, or animal-related environments, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.Key Responsibilities:Label and code pet behaviors from recorded videosAlign behavioral observations with sensor and time-series dataSupport data collection activities for connected pet productsWork collaboratively with research, technical, and cross-functional teamsMaintain accurate documentation and data quality standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Zoology, Psychology, Animal Science, or related field1–3 years of experience in behavioral research or data collectionExperience with behavioral coding tools such as Noldus, Mangold, Excel, or similar software preferredStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment APOLIS2024
