Job Title:Community Coordinator - South WalesReporting To: Regional ManagerSalary Range: £25,000 Per AnnumContract Type: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Field Based, South WalesWorking days/hours per week: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pmRequirementsWe can only employ applicants who currently have the right to work in the UK.We require candidates to have legal use of a vehicle and possess a full UK drivers licence (with no more than 6 points) held for at least 1 year and be over the age of 21 for own insurance purposes.As part of our safer recruitment policy, we do ask questions regarding unspent criminal records.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnnual and on-going charity account managementLiaison with store or retailer personnel to ensure positive charity experience and issue resolutionStrong skills in relationship management and networking for programme developmentCompliance and safety of charity food useOperational support and data reporting for performance improvementProvide pro-active leadership and support in ensuring the delivery of all functional demands. Ensure the functional processes and procedures are appropriately controlled.Create and maintain an innovative environment that encourages colleague participation in raising standards of quality, team working and communicationSkills & Experience RequiredBackground in account management, customer service, sales or the charity sector is preferredExperience in community engagement and/or partnership buildingDemonstrable experience of the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to tight timescalesStrong IT skills and ability to manage large data setsProficient in Microsoft office and experience with CRM software desiredFull UK Drivers Licence mandatory and access to a vehicle (potential exceptions within London) with the ability to undertake required travel across the designated regionEquity Diversity Inclusion & BelongingAt FareShare, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do.
