Outpatient Pediatric and Adult Therapist (LPC or LCSW)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a compassionate LCSW or LPC to join our team at Insite Health. The clinican will be responsible for providing psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients with mental health conditions. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients improve their mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients with mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning
Develop and implement treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally competent, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on patient response and feedback from healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate relevant information to healthcare professionals as needed
Provide education and support to patients and their families, including information on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources
Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education and peer consultation
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mental health services
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, including maintaining confidentiality and obtaining informed consent from patients.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work or a related field, with a focus on clinical social work
Current state licensure as an LPC and LCSW
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients with mental health conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Experience using electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software to manage patient records and coordinate care
Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments, and an understanding of the challenges faced by patients with mental health conditions
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
Work Location: Hybrid in person or fully remote

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
