HIRING FOR A PCB HARDWARE DESIGN ENGINEER Location: Chandler, AZ Type: Full-Time Build What’s Next: This is not a maintenance role. We’re looking for a Senior PCB Hardware Engineer who wants influence, visibility, and real technical ownership — not just another seat in a large organization. Room to Grow – Influence architecture, mentor others, and expand technical leadership. What You’ll Be Doing Lead complete hardware development cycles from requirements through production release. Design robust, manufacturable architectures balancing performance, cost, and reliability. Create multi-layer PCB schematics and layouts with attention to signal integrity, power, EMI/EMC, and thermal. Select components with long-term availability and performance in mind. Bring up prototypes, debug issues, and drive design improvements. Collaborate closely with embedded software, mechanical, and operations teams. Produce documentation, BOMs, and test plans to support manufacturing and compliance. What Makes You a Fit 5+ years of hands-on PCB and hardware product development experience. Track record of taking designs from idea to shipped product. Expertise with Altium, OrCAD, or similar PCB design tools. Strong analog, digital, and mixed-signal background. Experience solving EMI, signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal challenges. Comfortable owning problems and driving solutions independently. Bonus Experience Industrial, automotive, or medical product development. Power electronics, motor control, or high-speed interfaces. Regulatory compliance (UL, CE, FCC, ISO).
