About the Role:
The company is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with at least seven years of hands-on software development experience using Microsoft technologies. In this role, you will contribute to the development of web-based applications and custom software solutions, writing clean, maintainable code that meets quality and scalability requirements. You will work with a close-knit development team on projects for established clients, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable software. This position is suited to an experienced developer who can work independently, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom software applications using Microsoft technologies.
Build and support web-based applications using the .NET technology stack.
Write clean, complex, reliable, and maintainable code.
Contribute to the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.
Work with SQL Server to support application data requirements.
Collaborate with team members to plan, develop, and deliver software projects.
Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and solve technical challenges.
Follow established software development best practices.
Use source code management tools and collaborative development workflows.
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a productive working environment.
Required Qualifications:
At least 7 years of hands-on, relevant software development experience using the Microsoft technology stack.
Strong .NET development experience, including work on web-based projects.
Experience with C#, VB.NET, and WinForms.
Experience developing web applications.
Experience with SQL Server.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SignalR.Familiarity with source code management tools, including Git.
Knowledge of and adherence to software development best practices.
Knowledge of American football is desirable.

- Salary & Compensation
- Hourly pay rate on a W-2 basis:
- Developer: $50 per hour.
- Architect: $70 per hour.
