Development Engineering InternWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Engineering Intern to support our Technology Team in advancing photoresist formulation and characterization projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in semiconductor materials development, DUV/EUV lithography processes, and predictive modeling approaches for next-generation photoresist technologies.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a laboratory environment, and has a strong interest in semiconductor materials, chemistry, and advanced lithography technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare photoresist formulations, recipes, and laboratory samplesSupport resist-coated wafer preparation and FT measurementsAssist with characterization and interpretation of DUV/EUV photoresist propertiesApply data analysis and predictive modeling approaches to photoresist developmentReview and support approval processes for Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accuratelyCollaborate with the Technology Team on research and development projectsLearning OpportunitiesDuring this internship, the selected candidate will gain exposure to:Photoresist fundamentals and semiconductor materials sciencePhotoresist formulation composition and sample preparation techniquesDUV and EUV lithography processesAdvanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies and EUV applicationsPredictive modeling approaches used in photoresist developmentSemiconductor industry practices and laboratory safety standardsQualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related fieldStrong interest in semiconductor technology and advanced lithographyBasic laboratory experience preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExposure to semiconductor processing, lithography, or materials characterizationFamiliarity with data analysis or predictive modeling conceptsExperience working in a laboratory or research settingWork EnvironmentHands-on laboratory and development environmentOpportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and scientistsExposure to cutting-edge semiconductor and EUV lithography technologiesWork Location:This internship position is based in Sunnyvale, California. Candidates must currently reside within the local area, as relocation assistance is not available for this role.Work Authorization RequirementApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.Pay Range (California):Pursuant to California law, the pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
