The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores.Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain brand standards, manage inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of all stores.Sales & Performance: Drive revenue growth, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage store teams while maintaining a high-performance culture.Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service, handle feedback, and maintain product quality.Financial Management: Manage P&L, budgets, and cost control; report performance to leadership.Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies through regular audits.
