This opportunity isideal for attorneys with 2–6 years of civil litigation experience who are interested in workingon sophisticated Professional Liability, Securities, and Employment matters within acollaborative and growing practice.Responsibilities:• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including professional liability, securities, andemployment-related disputes• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery,depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents• Attend court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, and client meetings• Work closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teamsQualifications:• J.D. from an accredited law school• Licensed and in good standing in California• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred, though candidates with at least 1 year oflitigation experience will also be considered• Experience or interest in professional liability, securities, and/or employment litigationpreferred• Strong xaygatp research, writing, analytical, and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentCompensation:• Competitive compensation package based on experience• Bonus opportunities available• Comprehensive benefits package offeredThis is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience andlong-term growth within a respected and expanding practice.Please email resume to : #KT
