This is a full-time position and is based at the Corporate headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHPost customer adjustments to the AR sub ledger.Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.Assist with customer service items including waivers, invoices, statements and many other customer requests.Assist with tax exemption verifications to ensure proper tax credits are executed.Maintain records for the yearly audit for all cash postings (cash logs, payment copies, payment remits, etc).Process customer credit card billings.Process customer sales tax credits.Assist A/P with posting vendor invoices.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProven working experience as Accounts Receivable ClerkSolid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulationsProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersProficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsAbility to negotiateStrong customer service skillsWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary & Bonus IncentiveRetirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savingsMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsuranceHolistic Health & Well-being programsHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Paid time off including 12 paid holidaysPaid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity)Educational Assistance Program#Duro-LastAmrize is an equal opportunity employer.
