Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – IT Infrastructure to lead workplace technology and office infrastructure initiatives for new office buildouts and expansion projects. This role will work cross-functionally with Corporate IT, Real Estate, Workplace Services, and external vendors to deliver critical infrastructure deployments.📍 Location: San Jose, CA📅 Duration: Initial 6-month contract 💼 Work Type: Hybrid🔹 Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure for office buildouts and workplace expansion projects• Coordinate across internal teams, construction partners, and external vendors• Oversee design, implementation, and commissioning of ISP connectivity, structured cabling, and network infrastructure• Lead deployment of audio-visual and video conferencing systems across office environments• Partner with corporate security teams to integrate access control and surveillance systems• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and executive status reporting• Support development of technical drawings, infrastructure specifications, and vendor documentation• Coordinate vendor procurement, RFP processes, and project delivery milestones🔹 Preferred Qualifications• Strong program or project management experience delivering IT infrastructure projects• Experience supporting office buildouts, expansions, or workplace technology deployments• Knowledge of low voltage systems, network infrastructure, and AV deployments• Familiarity with commercial real estate construction processes and architectural design phases• Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional technical teams• Ability to read construction or engineering drawings• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
