Group Manager-Pre-SalesWest Coast Role and Responsibilities As a Go-to-Market Techno Functional Experts. S/he is expected to:Interact at the CXO level across multiple industries, ISV and IISV and Medtech will be more focused areaBuild new and nurture existing relationships in identified client accounts and stakeholders to drive growth around Tech M expertise. Key success criteria is the qualified pipeline generationAble to handle first level discussions towards generation of growth pipeline. Anchor the client relationships and meetings workshopsDevelop the market along with a team of experts across multiple Service Lines and offerings and also lead this effort from the frontTake initiative to grow pipeline by unearthing opportunities in chosen accountsCollaborate with other internal stakeholders including Global Account Teams and Leadership to drive growth in the accountStrive for in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions so as to align with what TechM has to offerDrive thought leadership for GCCRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseMinimum 15+ years of experience with focus on Pipeline generation, good understanding of ISV/IISV domain. One or two other domain area is preferredDemonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagementsExpertise to work across different service lines to lead client conversations and create meaningful engagementsBasic technology understanding of Cloud, Data, Full stack engineeringBasic domain understanding of key industry verticalsExcellent communication skills and executive presenceProven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through infusion of new technology and digital offeringsEast CoastRole and Responsibilities As a Go-to-Market Techno Functional Experts.
