Location: Uptown Charlotte, NCContract Length: 24 Months with Potential for Full-Time Employment (FTE) ConversionSchedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)Compensation: $26.46 per hourParking: Not reimbursedAbout the Role:Join our team as a Customer Service Associate in a dynamic, hybrid work setting for a Fortune 500 client in the banking sector. This critical role involves both internal and external client engagement, focusing on systematic updates critical for closing agents, insurance, state licensing, background checks, wire instructions, legal modifications, addendums, and new client onboarding.Key Responsibilities: Confirm receipt and maintain a system of record for legal documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Frequent interaction with clients and closing agents, mostly via email and some phone, to provide updates on approvals, address client issues, and answer questions. Essential duties include the management of mortgage documentation and familiarity with GSE guidelines, alongside wholesale and residential retail mortgage processes.Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years with a strong background in customer service, preferably in the banking or mortgage sector. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Office Products). Familiarity with mortgage documentation (e.g., Automated Underwriting Feedback, 1008, Investor Locks, Notes, Deeds of Trust, Allonges, Endorsements, Riders) is crucial.
