Warehouse Associate

Mega Logistic, Inc. (megalogisticinc.com) a fast growing 3PL warehouse is looking for an experienced Warehouse Shipping Clerk.. The Warehouse Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in the efficient operation and processing of goods within the warehouse environment. They are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of shipments, verifying documentation, and coordinating with drivers for outbound shipments. Duties: Check truck drivers in and out with appropriate documentation Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues Assist in appointment scheduling as needed Update required reports on a timely basis Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs Coordinate inbound and outbound loads Ensure safety compliance by enforcing strict adherence to warehouse policies, procedures and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues effectively Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
