Kidzland Child Care Center is looking for a Kitchen Coordinator. Come join our team of passionate Early Childhood Educators and provide the fuel that kickstarts the minds of our little learners! The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for preparing meals for the children in our care. Requirements: Experience working alone in a faced paced kitchen environment Knowledge of kitchen sanitization procedures Experience preparing and serving meals in a group childcare setting is preferred Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing and serving 3 meals per day for 8 classrooms, up to 100 children Creating and implementing nutritious, kid-friendly, parent-approved menus following the Child and Adult Care Food Program and WI DCF Meal Pattern Requirements Cleaning, maintaining and organizing the kitchen area Keeping inventory, creating shopping lists, placing food orders, and maintaining budgets Hours are Monday-Fri 645am-345pm and include a one-hour unpaid break.
