Job Title: MEP Project Manager (Owner’s Representative – Data Centers)Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Onsite)The companyReady to step onto one of the largest data center builds in the U.S.?We’re partnering with a leading organization delivering a major mission-critical campus in St. Louis and are looking for a MEP Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) to take a key role on-site.This is your chance to work on a high-value, high-impact project where you’ll be at the centre of construction—driving delivery, solving complex challenges, and ensuring world-class standards across MEP systems.The position• Be the owner’s representative on-site, driving MEP delivery from the front line • Oversee daily construction activities across safety, QA/QC, and scheduling • Coordinate across general contractors, fit-out teams, and vendors • Take ownership of MEP execution, commissioning, and system integration • Lead problem-solving on fast-paced, technically complex builds • Manage RFIs, submittals, reporting, and stakeholder communication • Play a key role in cost control, change management, and project closeoutCould this role be for you?• 7–10+ years in construction, engineering, or project delivery • Experience in data centers, critical facilities, semiconductor, or similar • Strong, hands-on understanding of MEP systems in the field • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-track construction environment • Skilled in Excel, Project, and construction documentation workflows • Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders on-site • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience • Willing to be onsite full-time (Mon–Fri, early start)Why apply?• Work on a flagship, large-scale data center campus • Long-term project (2+ years) with strong continuity • Relocation package or per diem available • Competitive salary + full benefits package • 401(k) with employer match • Clear opportunity to build experience on complex, high-value projects • Be part of a project that will define your career in mission-critical construction
