Test Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Build and own production test: stations, coverage, and data for every module that ships to the data hall. *What you'll do:* * Develop functional and burn-in test stations * Own test coverage, limits, and data pipelines * Sustain and calibrate test equipment * Analyze yield/parametric data with quality * Support failure analysis *What you'll bring:* * 3+ years production/hardware test engineering * Test automation development experience * Data analysis fluency * BS in EE/CE Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
