Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for an ICU position at a Level 3 Trauma Center in Oklahoma, requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of two prior travel assignments.Job Details• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30-07:00),• Standard patient ratio of 1:2 with occasional 1:3,• ICU patient population includes cardiac surgery, CABG, respiratory failure with vent management, DKA, altered mental status, and CRRT,• Common procedures include central line setup and management, arterial line, CVP monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, and management of multiple drips,• Charting is performed in Epic (experience required),• Float to Med/Surg (1:5) or ER possible based on census needs,• Minimum of 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period,• On-call is not required,• Block scheduling is not available,• Local candidates are accepted,Job Requirements• Active Oklahoma RN license or compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted),• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required,• Epic experience is required; experience must be recent and current or within the last year,• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting preferred,• Basic dysrhythmia recognition required,• Minimum of two successful travel assignments required with no performance or attendance issues,• No background hits permitted,• Must be able to complete all assigned facility modules prior to start date,Additional Information• Acute care hospital with 171 staffed beds and Level 3 Trauma designation,• Scrub color varies by unit,• The facility enforces a zero-fault attendance policy: any missed shift counts as unexcused regardless of reason; 2 missed shifts result in a warning and 3 may result in cancellation,• RTO is capped at 5 days for the 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO will be approved,• No additional RTO requests will be accepted after the time of consideration or once on contract,• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position,• Parking is complimentary
