The Home Health Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on treatments, assessments, and health education. Responsibilities include administering medications, caring for wounds, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans are established and executed.QualificationsExpertise in Nursing with knowledge of current medical practices and proceduresProficiency in Home Care and Patient Care to provide high-quality services in a home settingSkilled in Wound Care to ensure safe and effective treatment for various patient needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teamsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of TexasCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferredPrior experience in home health or a similar healthcare setting is a plusMust have reliable transportation
