This dynamic position involves some travel and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. You will receive comprehensive training and support to become proficient in MEDITECH functionality and provide at-the-elbow support during go-live phases.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams provide go live support on site at MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects. Participate in workflow decisions and trainings. Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases to assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance. Document issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trendsQualifications: Licensed Pharmacist Prior EHR implementation support experience Availability to work night shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members. Willingness to travel extensively to client sites nationwide. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
