AXL Advanced Manufacturing Position AXL Advanced is looking for dependable, hard-working team members who are ready to get hands-on and grow with a fast-paced manufacturing company. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who take pride in their work, stay focused, and can operate with minimal supervision. Youll start working in "the pit" our production floor where we cut, assemble, sew, and pack the products that define AXL. Its fast-paced, physical work that requires precision, consistency, and attention to detail. From there, motivated team members can grow into specialized roles across production, product development, operations, customer support, and management.
