Client Service Associate About the Opportunity An established and growing wealth management organization is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and help deliver an exceptional experience to clients. This position offers meaningful exposure to client interaction, account administration, and the day-to-day functions of a successful advisory practice. Responsibilities Client Support Act as a key contact for client needs, questions, and service requests. Build positive relationships through timely communication and dependable follow-through. Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and ongoing advisor support. Coordinate with outside providers and custodial partners when needed. Account Administration Prepare paperwork related to new accounts, transfers, and client updates. Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission. Monitor pending requests and help move items through to completion. Support account maintenance such as beneficiary changes, distributions, and cash movement requests. Operational Support Utilize internal systems to manage tasks, notes, and workflow activity. Keep records current and organized while following regulatory and internal procedures. Help identify ways to improve efficiency and strengthen service processes. Assist with onboarding and training of newer team members when appropriate. Team Partnership Work closely with advisors and operations staff to ensure a consistent client experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery. Provide dependable day-to-day support in a fast-moving office environment. Qualifications Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related field required. Prior client-facing or operational experience strongly preferred. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM technology. Familiarity with custodial platforms or digital document systems is a plus. Industry licensing is beneficial but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-up habits. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage several tasks at once. Professional presence and strong judgment. Willingness to travel occasionally between the New Hampshire and Massachusetts offices.
