Financial Planning & Analysis Leader

A company is looking for a Regional FP&A Leader. Key Responsibilities Prepare and consolidate regional reporting packages and deliver analysis of financial results Lead the annual budget cycle and manage monthly and quarterly forecasting updates Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and act as a strategic finance partner to regional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 8+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or analytical experience Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals; IFRS exposure is a plus Experience in multi-region, multi-entity, or acquisitive environments preferred Expertise in building financial models and dashboards, with proficiency in Excel
