Job#: 3033299Job Description:Apex Systems is looking to add multiple Shipping/Receiving Associates to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in Lexington, MA. We are looking to set up virtual interviews for qualified candidates as early as this week, this will be a very quick interview process!Schedule: M-F First Shift, overtime flexibility requiredLocation: Lexington, MABenefits: Enjoy a weekly pay structure with access to benefits that include optional health, dental, vision, and 401k.Position Description:The Materials Management Warehouse Operations department is looking for an organized, dedicated, and hard-working individual with proven skills in a GMP environment to perform warehouse activities at the Lexington facility.Primary Duties:Issuance and maintain GMP Raw Material and General Supply inventory accuracy via the company ERP system.Conduct and maintain daily cycle count activities.Receive and Quarantine raw materials in the GMP warehouse via the company ERP system.Maintain warehouse in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance.Maintain GMP cold chain equipment in a constant state of the organization and GMP compliance - including changing charts and liquid nitrogen tanks.Package and ship bulk drug substance to Contract Manufacturer fill sites.Candidate Requirements:High School DiplomaPrevious experience working in a GMP environmentPrevious experience working with an ERP inventory management system such as SAPEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
